(I went on a tear a while ago trying to workshop action brackets that didn't have a font for ants, but tl;dr I can use normal-sized text brackets if readability is a concern.)

PHYSICAL AFFECTION: She's not used to physical affection, so most overtures (romantic or platonic) are going to be awkward.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: OK with fight scenes and injuries, though I'd like to avoid injuries with long-term maiming/etc effects.
RELATIONSHIPS: Celes has never had an official romantic relationship and (before the party) few notable platonic ones. She's gotten better about striking up friendships even though she's still slow to open up, but any possible romance will run into a bunch of communication issues.
With regards to Celes/Locke, I like the pairing as two people struggling to find an equilibrium, but honestly I also like it as platonic.
Canon-wise, the real ideal is "this is terra's girlfriend celes and this is celes's boyfriend locke and this is locke's boyfriend edgar" but that is a dwrp pipe dream.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Nothing extraordinary about her psyche, in terms of psionics/ESP/etc. Psychological information: wartime experiences, experience of torture in prison, previous suicide attempt.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Artificially imbued with magic that was forcibly extracted from an esper (a magical otherworldly being); this allows her to cast spells.
I believe it is fanon that the esper used on Celes was Shiva, given Celes starts with ice magic, but it makes sense. If one is skilled in magical identification, you're free to identify however many of these details where relevant, as well as the fact that without the magical augmentation, she would be a normal nonmagical human.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Nothing of note -- able-bodied and in good health. (Woosley FF6 translation says Celes is genetically modified, but I believe that solely refers to esper magic.)
